Gomingo is a tech startup, connecting travellers with unique experiences around the world. They were looking for investors to fund their next stage of expansion.

the brief

Gomingo were running a crowdfunding campaign, and needed a punchy, persuasive video to encourage investors to fund their expansion.

They had some key personnel lined up to take part in the video, and had an outline script ready for filming; but were unsure about how to proceed.

Our Process

Filming at their offices in London, we captured interviews from their staff, CEO and existing investors. We also captured footage of their team at work.

We sourced stock footage to illustrate the travel experiences they offer; and used motion graphics and advanced compositing techniques to insert text into the footage, to emphasise key points from the videos. We also captured screen-footage of the platform, and animated this to create some engaging visual sequences.

We edited this all together, to produce the finished video.

Outcomes

The Gomingo team were delighted with the video.

The video spearheaded their campaign on Crowdcube, which raised over £100,000 and helped the company progress to the next level in their growth.

Envisuals have just finished a video project for our up-coming crowdfund. The quality of the finished piece was fantastic and we are extremely happy.
